Welcome to the Echota Bird Clan web site. The Bird Clan is one of seven clans that belongs to the Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama. Our area of coverage is the northwestern counties of Alabama.
The Cherokee people are mindful of the Great Creator, mother earth which he has blessed us with, and our fellow man. We remember our ancestors and their teachings and sacrifices.
